After ordering several plaque mounted prints, they arrived damaged and we were very impressed by the professional and caring way the issue was resolved. Lots of email communication to keep us in the loop with the damage claim - the shipping company responsible for the damage. Disappointed! Inside of frame approximately 1/8\" too small. Canvas wouldn\'t fit in several frames. Plastic looks cheap and outside frame for larger canvases too small in proportion to canvas size.
