I now have all custom boards/panels. They are beautifully sized and constructed. I so appreciate that you included wire and hanging devices. A bonus, for sure! It was a bit harried at first. I needed to head to the San Francisco DHL warehouse to get a box that was never delivered!!! Still, all is well that ends well. Thank you for all of your assistance. I received the four linen liners I ordered a few weeks ago. Thank you. They were just as I had asked for and shipped in a timely fashion. Only one issue - LL487 - White with Gold Lip - there was some damage to the frame (small nick in the white part as well as the gold) that was repaired. I was somewhat disappointed with that as I expected to see flawless work. This will show. I will not be sending it back but just wanted to let you know that professionalism is important. I can send a photo if you need to see it. KeenART: We will send a replacemnt.

The original frame was the wrong size so I am very pleased that Calgary on Canvas sent me a correctly sized replacement frame at no charge. It looks great.
