Cynthia, Calgary | Delivery method issue Thank you for my order of frames. They arrived in great condition and they are very good quality.
Only issue is that the post-person left the package in the apartment lobby. Luckily my neighbor took the package in and contacted me.
Next time we should put a notice to leave a delivery notice, not the package.

Lori O., | my frustration I just wanted to express my frustration with my order and service from last month. I ordered floating frames because I had some canvases I wanted to put between two pieces of glass to display and my online research showed that's what they were called. When my order arrived I was surprised to find that floating frames means something else on this website and of course I couldn't return them. So I was out $300. I also didn't receive all of the pieces to hang the other regular frames I had ordered and when I called, the woman on the phone didn't believe me at first and then never sent the supplies she promised. I bought them at Loews last week. I've worked with several online frame shops the last few years but this has been the worst experience.
