I'd like to tell you how grateful I am for what today's mail brought me: a package which contained not only the dark brown filler you offered to send me, but a replacement frame as well! That was very kind and thoughtful of you. Now that's what I call superb customer service! Thank you for helping me. I was concerned and wasn't at all sure if I could make the problem frame look as good as the replacement looks, but I'll give it a try and I'll let you know how I make out. I had a bad experience with DHL company. I waited for the promised delivery, sitting at home for 2 days, and each time I received an SMS that the package could not be delivered, since I wasallegedly not at home. In the end, I picked up my package from DHL center in Los Angeles by myself. Lazy anddeceitful couriers gave me a lot trouble and loss of my time and trust.
