I am extremely frustrated that I ordered my canvas from you last Tuesday morning and was told it would arrive 3-4 days later. Little did I know that it wouldn\'t even be sent out until a week later. By the time I should have received my canvas, it hadn\'t even been sent out. Not a peep from you guys. Not an explanation. Not an apology. Not even a heads up. Needless to say, I am frustrated. If you are running behind, let people know that are depending on your product. I had to call and inquire about the status of my order since there was no tracking number online and it had already been over a week (clearly there was no number because it hadn\'t even been sent yet) to be told, \"I don\'t know what to tell you.
