Roberto,	I ordered a Standard Plaque Mount and they shipped me a FLOAT MOUNT. I called to talk to them about returning for a refund. The Manager (Azda of which I could not hardly understand) said I had to pay for the shipping back to them and they would not refund till they received their mess up back. I am a little preturbed about this considering IT\\\'S THEIR SCREW UP! I am NOT saticfied AT ALL! Carrie, Farwell	a wonderful job We picked up our order yesterday. The result is everything that I had hoped for. You did a wonderful job with the enlargement of the photo to canvas. The only problem that I have is with the packaging. Given the fact that there was no stabilizing of the picture within the box, I consider myself lucky that the canvas arrived unblemished. I realize that we were not paying for the shipping but I would gladly have an extra $5 tacked on to the price if it meant that we would have bubble wrap or styrofoam peanuts insulating the canvas within the box. But the picture did arrive in pristine condition nevertheless and we are delighted with the final result.
